The journey began in 1994 as a fan of Salman khan physique and got a drive to do help youth work on their body from there.he began working out in the year 2000. With three years of continuous and dedicated effort he was awarded Mr Faridabad by IBBF (India Bodybuilder Federation) at India level in 2012, he started his own gym in sector 11,Surya nagar.after about one and half hour he opened a new branch in sector 35.though initially, he faced a lot of difficulties But with utmost passion he managed to get through this bumpy road successfully .3000 people being his gym members is a testimony to that

The Mission of our Gym is to provide a satisfactory service to our clients as in the current scenario people are dealing with a lot of health problems and right guidance is very much needed for their existing problems. so, our only mission is to provide a healthy and fit life for people. We focus on a healthy lifestyle as with perfect health perfect mind resides in.

Our team has grown from two to over 15 people, as our agency has expanded and developed over the years. We are based in Faridabad, Haryana.
